We use DPS for payments of your purchases. DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15%). Prices are correct at the time of updating our site, However we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. We accept Visa and Mastercard for payment.
Refund Policy
Fluid Power Products Ltd (trading as ENZED South Auckland) is happy to refund or exchange any of your purchases if they are the wrong size or some other aspect is not correct. We regret you cannot return cut lengths of hose. The fittings must not be scratched or damaged in any way, and cannot have been used.
Every care has been taken with the manufacturing, storage and dispatch of our products to ensure your satisfaction. If however a product is faulty, you can return it to us and we can either exchange or refund it for you at your option.
Simply return your purchase to: ENZED South Auckland, 11 Ryan Place (PO Box 76-316) Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand. Unfortunately, your postage on refunds and exchanges are not refundable. If you are exchanging your purchase we will not charge delivery when we re-send the exchanged products to you
Delivery
Once an order has been received and processed, goods will be dispatched next business day. Should the item you requested not be immediately available, we will be contacted you to advise earliest delivery date.
Our commitment to you is to deliver your order as fast as we can. If your order takes longer than 4 working days within New Zealand to reach you please contact us.
Delivery in New Zealand is via courier.
